Excited to welcome Fabiano Zanchi, Venetian Chandelier Maker, to Mind Blown Studio. Fabiano Zanchi, light sculpturer and Master Glass Blower, the soul of Zanchi Italy, started his apprenticeship in Murano at the age of 14 years. He moved to China in 2014 and started producing beautiful chandeliers for renown Chinese and international brands. He returned to Italy in 2018 where he continues to sculpt unique chandeliers and other glass items. One such chandelier has been recently chosen by Lissoni Associati Milano to complement the decor of the Swire Hotel Shanghai.
Toni Gerlach, originally from Las Vegas, NV similarly began her glass blowing career with a glass blowing class at the age of 15. This experience convinced her that she wanted to pursue glass blowing as a career. Toni studied visual arts and glass blowing at California State University San Marcos and completed apprenticeships at a variety of glass blowing studios in the United States and abroad. Toni is currently owner, gaffer, and instructor at Mind Blown Studio in Deadwood, SD. Toni has created a unique venue that mixes education, entertainment, and fine art.
